Responsibilities:

  • Understend Project Scope, Deliverables and Associated Milestones
  • Identify Critical Syatems end the Risk Associsted
  • Deliver User Requirements as defined by User Requirement Brief
  • Review and understand site floor plans.
  • Engage Tech Product Owners for Preperation and Plenning of Technology Equipment and Services
  • Maintain GPST Scope Project Budget Parameters
  • Maintain Project Plan for Technology Products Deployment and Costs
  • Make recommendations for efficient and effective placement of furniture type, electrical and network jacks, and mounted IT equipment.
  • Identity IT and OT Network and Server Infrastructure Architecture and Provide Upgrade Plans if necessary.
  • Implement Solution Design goal and objectives that are in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan
  • Coordinate Vendor Services as they relate to the transformation program.
  • Coordinate with all work streams and the business to plan moves in accordance with the master
