The Registered Nurse (RN) - Triage, Access & Virtual Care Enablement plays a critical role in supporting a centralized patient access model by delivering real-time clinical triage support, enabling efficient scheduling by non-clinical staff, and partnering across contact center and practice operations to improve patient access and care delivery.
This role ensures patients are consistently directed to the right care setting (self-care, virtual, in-person, urgent, or emergency) while improving access, safety, and experience across all entry points including phone, digital, and patient portal platforms such as Epic MyChart.

Education And Experience
Active RN Licensure required. Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred
