About Us:
Blueview Recovery is a substance abuse treatment center dedicated to providing high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. As we expand our virtual services, we are seeking a skilled Therapist / Counselor to lead evening group therapy and individual sessions remotely for clients recovering from substance use disorders.

Job Summary:
The Evening Virtual Therapist / Counselor will facilitate virtual evening group therapy sessions and individual therapy sessions, primarily within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role requires proven experience running virtual IOP groups and the ability to foster a safe, engaging, and supportive online therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured, process-oriented virtual group and individual therapy sessions.

  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to virtual care.

  • Monitor client progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in virtual treatment team meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, professional licensing, and telehealth regulations.

  • Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in addiction treatment and telehealth.

Qualifications & Requirements:
