Job description

The Retail Brand Presentation Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining compelling retail experiences and visual presentations that elegantly blend engaging product positioning and brand storytelling.

This role is a key opportunity to shape the physical expression of the Pendleton brand across retail environments by creating store designs, floor plans, seasonal presentations, and visual direction that bring the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and product stories to life.

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented visual leader who understands the importance of balancing brand storytelling with operational execution. This position owns the creation of store designs and floor plans for new and existing stores, initiating seasonal floor sets and providing visual direction to all stores.

What You Do

Brand Presentation & Retail Experience

  • Create brand-right store environments: Direct and manage floor plans, interior & exterior signage, fixturing, merchandising, branded elements, bust forms and propping.
  • Manage visual elements for all Pendleton stores: Planning, ordering, tracking, delivery and install/setup of fixtures, bust forms, display items, branded collateral, window and in-store graphics.
  • Establish seasonal and monthly refresh cadences for door, window and floor set presentations for nationwide store implementation.
  • Ensure store-level execution of floor sets align to corporate guidance, while accommodating the needs of each unique store footprint to balance fixture placement, traffic flow, wall hardware sets, visual highlight areas and key franchise destinations, lighting and displays.
  • Maintain and evolve visual standards reference manual.

Store Design & Project Execution

  • Create store designs and floor plans for new and existing stores.
  • Assist with store build outs: Partner with in-house operations team and off-site construction companies.
  • Manage budgets for store visual and experiential maintenance, refreshes and new investments or explorations.
  • Manage visual presentations throughout the corporate office including; windows & lobby areas, seasonal decor, Heritage Hallway, Heritage Collection Museum and other off-site assigned projects.

Visual Training & Store Partnership

  • Produce and conduct visual training at various Pendleton store locations, including in person training, through digital and printed handbooks and via virtual sessions.
  • Partner closely and regularly with District and Store Managers to provide visual and experiential direction and assistance as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and compelling customer experiences.

  • Consistently deliver brand-right retail environments that effectively communicate Pendleton’s product stories, heritage, and craftsmanship.
  • Establish clear visual direction and seasonal presentation standards that enable consistent execution across all stores.
  • Successfully partner with management and cross-functional teams to execute visual initiatives and elevate the customer experience.
  • Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and follow through to completion across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Effectively balance creative vision with operational execution, adapting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and delivered visual training that inspires store teams and supports creative problem solving at the store level.
  • Ensure corporate and retail visual presentations consistently met brand standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred in a visual design field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in visual display and store layout design.
  • An awareness of current trends in design, fashion and culture.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly master new applications and systems.
  • Skills in Sketch Up a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
