Job Title: Senior Property Claims Adjuster Location: Phoenix, AZ Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Contract Length: 12+ Months Job ref# 247453 Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex residential property insurance claims from FNOL through closure. Handle coverage analysis, damage estimating, virtual inspections, settlements, and CAT events. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) Minimum 2 years of residential property claims adjusting experience Full ownership of residential property claims from FNOL through closure Experience investigating, negotiating, and settling property claims Residential construction knowledge Xactimate experience Insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis Knowledge of state insurance regulations Active Property Adjuster License Experience with water mitigation, large loss, and complex property claims Virtual inspection experience (Hosta, Hover, ClaimsX, or similar) Willing to travel up to 50% for CAT events Preferred Xactimate Level I or II Certification CPCU, AIC, AINS, or SCLA designation Previous insurance carrier or claims call center experience Military or military spouse affiliation Technical Skills Xactimate ClaimsX Hover Hosta Microsoft Office Claims Management Systems Virtual Inspection Platforms Work Schedule Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Monday-Friday 12-week paid training Occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, and CAT support as needed Physical Requirements Inspect attics, crawl spaces, and roofs Climb ladders Lift up to 35 lbs
