Job description

We are looking for a Constriction | Restoration Estimator to join our team! Must have previous experience and Xactimate experience.

As an Estimator at Evolution Restoration & Renovation, your primary responsibilities will include:

1.**Site Assessment** Virtual inspections, and on-site inspection. Assess the extent of damages, review and document photographs of the existing conditions to prepare accurate estimates.

2.**Prepare Estimates** Responsibilities include, preparing the parameters, sketch, writing, review, and uploading all estimates to adjusters, clients, and programs. Prepare accurate estimates.

3.**Bid Preparation** Gather sub-contractor bids as needed from project managers, or yourself on complex items. Prepare and provide to carriers.

4.**Communication** Update adjusters, programs claim on current job statuses weekly. Note our system database with updates, notify project managers of estimate or supplement status. Notify Insureds of estimate review and approvals.

5.**Marketing assistance** Assist in dropping of marketing material and attending marketing events.

6.**Continuous Improvement** Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and advancements. Provide feedback to the company on ways to improve the estimation process and overall efficiency.

7.**On-call staff rotation per week** After hours phone calls and appointment meetings in emergency losses and program claims. Gather work authorization, note damages, with photo documentation, inform client of next steps and manage crews to be on-site.
