Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO: Aurora
Department: Virtual Health Center PTT
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights - From 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. 3-12-hour shifts per week.
Pay: $18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.
Responsibilities:
  • Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
  • Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
  • Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
  • Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:
  • Education: None required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
    Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
