Communication is key, and many teams use instant messaging apps, email, and project management tools to stay connected and coordinate lesson plans, student support, and assessment strategies. Regular virtual meetings and peer observation sessions help maintain a sense of community, encourage professional growth, and ensure consistency in teaching quality.
