You will engage with clients using secure, state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring a streamlined process for assessments and interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental health and well-being.
• Regularly communicate with other healthcare providers, family members, and guardians to discuss each patient’s progress and any necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Prepare and submit a detailed schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors to monitor work advancement effectively.
• Coordinate virtual home visits to ensure comprehensive assessments and data collection, maintaining high standards of care.
• Critically evaluate the implementation of treatment plans to ensure they are effective and aligned with departmental goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights, and collectively enhance treatment approaches.
• Document comprehensive monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect the ongoing needs of each patient.
• Provide training sessions for staff and new team members to ensure proficiency in program plans and documentation practices.
• Facilitate follow-up interviews and virtual home visits to assess continued support and resource needs for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure that vital patient information is accessible to healthcare partners and stakeholders.
• Actively liaise with the wider mental health community to support organizational goals and client development.

Your role as an LCPC will involve working with diverse populations, including both adults and youth. Your counseling expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes, whether it be addressing issues related to family dynamics, trauma, substance use, or other behavioral health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid, active, and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a counseling capacity, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Background in developing training materials or leading workshops for staff members would be beneficial.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
