Preparation is key: ensure your technology works smoothly, research the participating employers, and have your resume ready to share digitally. You might be asked to participate in on-the-spot interviews or assessments, so dress professionally and be ready to discuss your qualifications. Engaging proactively and asking thoughtful questions will help you stand out in this fast-paced, online environment.
