This is a NEW restaurant that is scheduled to open in mid-September.
This is a leadership position that requires at least 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience.
This position requires candidates to be able to work between 24-40 hours per week.

In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Front of House Team Leaders gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Front of House Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Optimize workflow within the Front of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.
  • Own the operational standards of the Front of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.
  • Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.
  • Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.
