Nurse Practitioner (ATL) - Hair Restoration

Great Many is where you go when you want your hair to grow. We are a modern hair growth studio for men and women - the first of its kind to blend hospitality with expert medical care. Our studios bring together science-backed treatments, proven prescriptions and supplements, and targeted hair and scalp care, all under one roof to help people of all ages tackle an age-old issue.

Weโ€™re not just treating hair loss - weโ€™re changing how people think about it, and giving them the guidance and results theyโ€™ve been seeking. Opening in July 2024 with our first studio in Noho, New York, Great Many is expanding to two new locations by early 2026, including our next Studio in Atlanta.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Clinician at Great Many, you are responsible for delivering a compassionate and effective end-to-end experience for our clients/patients.

  • Patient Assessment, Education and Consultation: Provide personalized Great Many consultations to assess clientsโ€™ hair loss or thinning, educate, discuss treatment options, expectations, and potential outcomes.
  • Treatment Planning: Using the Great Many tool, provide individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Ensure patients have a clear understanding of pros and cons and expectations.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer and oversee hair restoration treatments, including PRP therapy and medication management.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of patient care and safety within the clinic. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Keep thorough records of treatments, progress, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement. Contribute to the development of new clinic procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and client experience.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) license and active Basic Life Safety (BLS) Certification
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hair loss through dermatology and/or hair transplants; if no experience in this space, you must demonstrate significant self-study and knowledge
  • Schedule flexibility to work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday (for part-time roles) and one weekend day per month (full-time roles)
