Job Description Job Description ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management-VDI Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's mission-critical IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities * Implement and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions to support enterprise user environments.

* Manage desktop pools and configure access controls to ensure secure user access. * Conduct performance tuning and system updates to optimize VDI operations. * Collaborate with IT teams to integrate VDI solutions with existing infrastructure.

* Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues to maintain operational efficiency. * Develop and enforce security protocols for VDI environments. * Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved functionality.

* Document VDI configurations and procedures for future reference and compliance. Required Skills Required Qualifications * Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required * S. Citizenship required * DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level * Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP * Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering] * Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and VDI administration * Proven expertise in managing Windows Virtual Desktop environments within Azure * Strong background in system administration across classified air-gapped networks * Experience with identity management and resource provisioning * Demonstrated ability to ensure security compliance in IT environments Desired Skills Desired Qualifications * Clearance: Active TS//SCI preferred * Familiarity with DoD 8140 alignment and compliance requirements * Experience supporting classified SIPRNet operations * Knowledge of ITIL 4 Foundation practices * Proficiency in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
