Monitor the ConnectTeam app daily to review confirmed and open shifts Send shift confirmation messages to guards Contact available guards from the availability list to cover open shifts or call-outs Post shift confirmation requests in team chats and follow up to ensure all shifts are filled Update and maintain schedules in ConnectTeam, including adding breaks and making shift adjustments Send onboarding emails to new guards and request all required documentation Manage a shared administrative email inbox for guard communications Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, including adding locations and updating records
