MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days onsite or as needed.
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual execution for our most significant Federal pursuits. Supporting our Defense and Intelligence business units, you will provide expert graphic and video production oversight for a portfolio of top-priority opportunities.
This role is essential to our success in the evolving landscape of orals-based and video-required proposals, where you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and high-end multimedia storytelling. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are ready to secure mission-critical recompetes, this remote-friendly role (with occasional onsite support) offers a high-impact platform for your creative expertise.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Conceptualizing and rendering innovative, compliant proposal graphics
  • Partnering with proposal management, coordinators, writers, editors, subject matter experts, and orals coaches
  • Conveying technical and abstract concepts clearly as compliant proposal graphics
  • Designing and leading production of graphic elements for print and electronic submission
  • Enhancing our messaging through strategy-driven visual storytelling

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field and a minimum of 8 years of graphic design experience
  • Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud products), and Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Experience in video presentation/production software (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong artistic ability, including desktop publishing experience, orals presentation development skills, and/or experience with FEDSIM proposals
  • Experience visualizing data into appealing layouts and multimedia products
  • Ability to help authors translate complex concepts into effective visuals
  • Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate in a team environment and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering files optimized for digital and print deliverables
  • Willing to report to facility when required
  • Experience with video filming/editing
  • Secret clearance preferred

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
