Job description

Company Description

Ever been told you should be on TV? Here's your shot.

We're looking for people who are natural on camera — confident, warm, and sharp. The kind of person who can run a live game, chat with players in real time, and make every hand feel like an event. You'll be trained on every game we run. All we need from you on day one is your personality.

Job Description

How a shift looks like: You take your seat at a beautifully lit broadcast table, go live to thousands of online players, host games like blackjack, roulette, and other fan favorites, interact with the live player chat, and keep things moving with professionalism and energy. Every shift is a live performance — with a paycheck to match.

What we pay:

  • $16.94 base rate per hour
  • Tips and bonuses bring total compensation up to $27/hr
  • Full-time position

What we offer:

  • Full paid training — no casino or broadcast experience required
  • Company-paid Connecticut gaming license
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Vacation time and paid breaks
  • Company uniform provided
  • Commuter-friendly: steps from the Fairfield Metro-North station

Who we're looking for: People from hospitality, retail, customer service, entertainment, brand work, and beyond. If you have presence, can stay professional under pressure, and want a full-time career in a growing industry — you belong in this applicant pool. We actively hire across all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. That's not a policy statement, it's how we build a great broadcast.
