Job description

TheGuarantors is a fintech company helping multifamily owners and operators mitigate leasing risk while expanding access for renters. With a deep understanding of owner, operator, and renter needs, we believe renters deserve better access to the home of their choice and operators deserve greater protection and growth opportunities. That's why we're leveraging our real estate expertise and using AI-driven renter underwriting to help operators qualify renters faster while mitigating the financial risk of renter default. With $7B+ in lease value protected, we work with 9 of the country's top 10 operators, are the #1 lease guarantee provider nationwide, and have consistently been named one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies, one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers, and one of Deloitte's Technology Fast 500.
We're looking for a new Partner Success Associate to support our clients. You'll be responsible for training, account management and driving revenue through the use of our products. You are a detail oriented person excited to problem solve and turn issues into proof of concept. This is a role that will include remote and field responsibilities - whether it's with a call, zoom or visit to an office you are always there for our clients!
Responsibilities:
  • Service and support existing and new contracted clients
  • Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers
  • Monitor our B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider our services
  • Train clients on our products and ensure full understanding, helping to answer any questions via the phone, email, or in-person
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes
  • Maintain customer records in CRM
  • Hold site visits with partner buildings in your vicinity
  • Help with local in person events
  • Occasional travel to our headquarters in NYC

Requirements:
  • You are a self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what's needed for your client
  • You are comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups - you can connect with a client and tell TheGuarantors story
  • You have 2+ years in a training or account management role
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • 2+ years in the multifamily industry
  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage

Benefits
  • Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company
  • Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one
  • Health savings account with employer contribution
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Flexible working hours
  • 401(k)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company sponsored short and long term disability
  • Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter)
  • Competitive salary

Base Salary
The base salary range is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually (with OTE at $120,000 - $140,000 first year)
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
