Purpose

The Client Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth at HC3 by expanding relationships within our existing client base. This individual contributor role is focused on identifying and executing cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities, helping clients maximize the value of HC3’s solutions while contributing directly to company growth.

This role requires a highly motivated, client-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing outcomes, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Revenue Generation and Sales Performance - Identify and pursue cross sell, upsell, and new business opportunities within existing clients and targeted prospects while executing sales strategies that consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals and key performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and align HC3 solutions with client objectives.
  • Solution Positioning and Business Consulting - Communicate HC3's value proposition and position solutions effectively using structured approaches such as Jobs to Be Done while providing insight and recommendations that support client success.
  • Prospecting and Market Development - Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients and develop new opportunities by expanding market reach and identifying potential areas for growth.
  • Market Intelligence and Cross-Functional Collaboration - Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive developments, and HC3 offerings while partnering with Business Development, Client Experience, and other internal teams to strengthen positioning, support a consistent client experience, and drive business growth.

  • Ability to conduct virtual and on-site meetings during business hours

Preferred

  • Experience in account expansion, cross sell, or upsell focused roles
  • Experience with HubSpot & Microsoft

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office environment. If approved for remote work, the home office must be appropriate for focused work without distractions and comply with the Remote Work and Access Policy.


Travel

This role requires occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, and presentations. Some overnight travel may be necessary.


Physical Demand

This role requires extended computer use while sitting or standing. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance may be required for conference support.


Position Type and Expected Hours

This is a full-time position for at least 40 hours per week. Hours may vary to support client and prospect meetings.
