This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to translate sophisticated data analysis into actionable business recommendations.About This Role:Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiativesDevelop advanced financial models and predictive analytics frameworksProvide senior-level insights to inform executive decision-makingMentor junior analysts and review team deliverables for qualityDesign and implement process improvements for financial operationsCollaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and metricsServe as liaison between finance and other business units on data initiativesIdentify emerging trends and potential risks through advanced data analysisDrive the adoption of new analytical methods and toolsThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analyticsAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization toolsDemonstrated leadership in analytics projects and initiativesStrong track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomesExperience presenting complex findings to executive audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experienceAdvanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skillsExperience with predictive modeling and statistical analysisCFA, FRM, or other relevant senior-level certificationBanking industry expertise, particularly in your partner segmentCompetencies:Strategic thinking and business acumenAdvanced data analysis and interpretationProject leadership and stakeholder managementInfluencing and negotiation skillsAbility to translate complex findings into clear recommendationsProblem anticipation and proactive solution developmentCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
