What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst at BCG ValueScience Center (VSC), part of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, you will focus on applied corporate finance and valuation topics. Contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, the Senior Analyst will perform financial analyses such as shareholder return analysis (TSR), corporate valuation and financial benchmarking. You will also be responsible for building financial models to analyze the capital markets impact of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financial policies (e.g., debt issuance, dividend policy change).

The Senior Analyst will also share topic/sector acumen and points of view more broadly within the firm. You will partner with BCG teams, managers and project leaders to generate insights pertinent to the financial characteristics and aspects of clients, integrate analysis efforts into proposals/projects, and create high quality presentations for clients.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in San Francisco is $107,500 - $120,000


This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.


In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
