The Role

Our client is a well-known tech brand and is looking to hire a Special Events Coordinator supports the Experience Marketing team in planning and executing both live and virtual events that engage enthusiast communities and elevate a leading consumer brand. Reporting to the Senior Special Events Manager, this person will manage logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite operations while assisting with budgeting and event setup. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of live and virtual events, including flagship activations, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Manage schedules, track milestones, and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate event setup, onsite logistics, inventory, troubleshooting, and volunteer staff support.
  • Liaise with vendors, talent, production teams, partners, and other stakeholders to manage deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on event promotion and alignment with brand goals.
  • Organize travel, hospitality, registration, and onboarding for guests, talent, and internal teams.
  • Support event technology setup, livestreaming, tournament hardware, and broadcast logistics.
  • Monitor event metrics, collect feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to deliver operational excellence throughout all event phases.
