• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing frameworks that prioritize patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence as well as adherence to social justice principles and ethical practice guidelines.

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Background in providing therapy for trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, along with the flexibility of remote work. Additional benefits include:
