Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, commission-only role-perfect for self-starters who are ready to learn, serve, and earn. No prior experience in insurance or sales is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients through warm leads
  • Educate families on insurance options based on their needs
  • Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through the application process
  • Maintain communication and follow-up with clients and prospects
  • Use CRM tools to manage activity and track progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
