Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our IT recruiting team.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting function — managing scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding documentation, CRM accuracy, and job description preparation across multiple requisitions and client accounts.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, tech-comfortable, and confident communicating professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position based in Las Vegas, NV, with initial shadowing and training conducted in-office.


Core ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Team Support
  • Draft and format job descriptions based on intake discussions

  • Organize and summarize intake notes for internal team distribution

  • Prepare candidate submittal packages and summary write-ups

  • Maintain accurate CRM/ATS data integrity across open requisitions

  • Assist recruiters and account executives with pipeline organization


Candidate Coordination
  • Review and organize web applicants

  • Schedule phone screens, client interviews (virtual & onsite)

  • Communicate scheduling confirmations and next steps

  • Collect required documentation (resumes, references, certifications)

  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure start-date readiness


Client & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate client interviews and calendar logistics

  • Assist with onboarding documentation tracking (SOWs, POs, background checks)

  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly filed

  • Maintain organized digital files for client and consultant records


Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage calendar coordination and appointment setting

  • Draft professional email correspondence

  • Organize Outlook folders and digital file systems

  • Maintain reporting spreadsheets and activity tracking

  • Assist with document formatting in Word & Adobe (PDF editing and merging)

  • Support expense tracking and reporting as needed

  • Answer and route professional phone inquiries


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of administrative, recruiting coordination, or sales support experience
    (Open to recent BA/BS graduate with strong internship or leadership experience)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing Outlook calendars and email folders

  • Strong Word processing and document formatting skills

  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing, merging, organizing files)
