About PortaCourts
PortaCourts brings pickleball anywhere. Our portable courts roll out in minutes and play like permanent courts-on driveways, gyms, parking lots, rooftops, and more. We also design paddles, apparel, and gear for players and events. With pickleball booming nationwide, we're building the brand that makes it possible to play almost anywhere. If you love sports, content, and fast-growing startups, you'll feel right at home.
Position Snapshot
In this role, you will support PortaCourts' expanding presence across events, social media, and community outreach. You'll get a front row seat to our strategy to grow our business while bringing fresh energy, creativity, and new ideas. Your work will span outreach, social media collaboration, and hands-on support for event and court setup-playing a key part in growing our visibility and engagement.
About You
You are a marketing, communications, or business student who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Organized, communicative, and eager to learn, you're comfortable supporting social media efforts, outreach tasks, and on-site event activities. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and a fresh perspective that helps elevate our content and community presence.
How You Will Make a Difference
Outreach & Communication
  • Assist with outreach to events, venues, and contacts using existing lists
  • Support communication efforts that help expand our network and visibility

Social Media & Content Support

  • Help set up courts for events, demos, and community activities
  • Support event operations, including running the PortaCourts table and engaging with attendees
