  • Ability and motivation to learn about unknown bikes, parts and accessories
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Have the ability to bend, stoop, and kneel for periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds by oneself(Most E-bikes weigh more)
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to ride a bike or ability to learn how to.
  • Must be able to use computers, hand tools, power tools, step ladders.
  • Positive attitude.
