The Opportunity


If you're an experienced Auto Body Customer Service Representative looking for an opportunity to join the Lower Mainland's luxury leading collision repair organization, we'd love to hear from you.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Primary contact with customers
  • Update and maintain communication with customers through repair
  • Promoting positive Google Reviews on our website
  • Creating ideas/incentives to keep customers happy/informed (ie. Monthly customer draws for gift cards, etc.)
  • Assist production manager as required
  • Move customer vehicles as required
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications 


  • Autobody/Dealership experience
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of computers
