This remote role allows counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes while still being supported by a dynamic team that is committed to improving mental health care accessibility. • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups to facilitate meaningful progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advances in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Your role will entail working with a variety of patients ranging from youth to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and behavioral concerns. The diverse clientele reflects the community's needs, affording you the opportunity to make a significant impact in many lives, especially focusing on those from underrepresented groups requiring tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in Texas is essential.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to counseling practice is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, and substance use recovery is highly regarded.
• Experience with trauma-informed care or work related to specific demographics, such as children or adolescents.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an asset.
