This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from Fort Worth, Texas, or any location within the state, enhancing work-life balance while delivering essential mental health support. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and secure, enabling seamless communication and engagement with clients. You'll have the autonomy to design your schedule, promoting flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to your clients' needs.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique circumstances, incorporating both evidence-based practices and client preferences.
• Engage with clients through regular virtual sessions, providing consistent therapeutic support and monitoring progress.
• Equip clients with coping strategies, resources, and tools necessary to manage their conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress via our electronic health record (EHR) system.

You will work with a varied clientele facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. This may include individuals struggling with substance abuse, those experiencing severe anxiety or depression, and clients dealing with eating disorders. Your role will focus on creating safe and therapeutic environments through virtual sessions, allowing for confidentiality, comfort, and accessibility in mental health support.

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state counseling license (LPC) to practice in Texas.
• Demonstrated clinical experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, along with strong communication and active listening abilities essential for effective therapy.

• Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with relevant technology platforms.
• Background in addiction counseling or working with patients in crisis situations.
• Ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus for selected candidates.
