• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide coordinated and integrated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering a support system essential for recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

The clients you will work with at our detox center come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health and substance use challenges. Our patient population ranges from individuals experiencing acute crises to those in the early stages of recovery. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly within a detox or addiction recovery setting.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based approaches for the treatment of various mental health disorders and substance use disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journeys.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities that facilitate effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience providing therapy in a detox center or similar setting, specifically with clients facing both mental health and substance use challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Engagement with community resources and support networks that enhance clients' recovery.
