This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you. You will have the latest telehealth technology tools at your disposal—secure platforms designed to maintain client confidentiality and facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions. • Deliver tailored virtual counseling sessions to a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Conduct individual therapy focusing on issues faced by adults such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges, all while fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and objectives, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring that all interactions are confidential and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to facilitate the attainment of therapy goals.
• Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and seamless referrals to specialists when required, ensuring holistic treatment for all our clients.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating relationship dynamics, families facing transitional challenges, and adults managing mental health issues like anxiety and depression. We are dedicated to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, placing an emphasis on culturally competent care.

• Active licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington is required for this position.
• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• At least two years of experience providing virtual counseling services to clients is a must.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, emphasizing the well-being and needs of clients.
• A well-appointed home office with stable internet access and video conferencing capability is essential for success in this remote role.

• Experience with various telehealth platforms and a strong understanding of virtual counseling best practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
• Ability to adapt counseling techniques to meet the diverse needs of different client populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
