• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a professional and confidential environment for client interactions.
• Provide thoughtful assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate client growth by teaching coping strategies and skills to manage emotional difficulties, empowering clients to make positive life choices.

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Clients are carefully pre-screened to ensure that you provide appropriate care for individuals who are seeking guidance and support without the acute crisis management typically found in traditional therapeutic settings.

To be successful in this role, applicants must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as an independent practitioner in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Master Social Worker with Clinical Specialty (MSW-Clinical).
• Strong computer literacy skills, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for client management and documentation.

Successful candidates will ideally have experience in providing therapy through online platforms, including familiarity with telehealth best practices and tools. Proven experience in a diverse clinical setting is also advantageous, allowing for a rich understanding of various mental health issues and treatment methodologies.

The compensation for this position includes a significant sign-on bonus, with a salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
