Job description

Gateways Counselling is currently seeking a Registered Psychologist, Registered Social Worker, at the Master level, or a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Registration with their applicable registration body and professional liability insurance must be current. We are seeking an individual who can work with children and adolescents. It would be beneficial if the individual could also work with clients of various ages, families, couples and individuals. Clinical training and credentialling would be an added asset.

This is a contract position. You will be growing your client base within Gateways Counselling. To be successful you will need the following skill sets: self-starting, critical thinking, commitment, determination, motivation, flexibility, strong administrative skills, ethical, effective communication, ability to build and maintain rapport, timeliness, conflict resolution skills, counselling skills in various modalities, effective record keeping, ability to work with other professionals, and commitment to provide effective service to your clients. Your participation to support a healthy team environment is important. A current Regina City Police criminal and vulnerability record check is required. The individual should be comfortable with both in person and virtual sessions.

The individual will be required to work in an on-line platform for booking, record keeping and payment. Individual will also be required to complete some monthly invoicing. Renumeration is competitive and based on experience. Gateways provides a supportive team environment, marketing and a comfortable work environment.
