Description:

Robert Michael Communications, Inc., an administrative company providing shared services to an independent medical education company and three full-service medical communications companies, is seeking an experienced Virtual Meeting Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support for our virtual meetings on a contract basis.


This role is responsible for assisting meeting participants with logging into virtual platforms such as Zoom and Adobe Connect, as well as providing real-time troubleshooting for connectivity and equipment issues. Support may include resolving problems related to Wi-Fi, cameras, microphones, and other hardware or software required for successful participation in virtual meetings.


Hours are flexible and may include daytime, evening, and weekend availability, based on client schedules. This is a part-time, contract position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous IT Help Desk or technical support experience
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals, accessories, and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Critical thinking skills and adaptability to ensure accurate and timely support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail
