CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
 
Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
 
CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
 
Position Overview
 
As a strategic partner, you will play a critical role in driving client success and advancing CLO’s mission to empower garment-related innovation.
 
This position goes beyond education and support, it focuses on building trust, developing strategies, and ensuring seamless implementation of 3D solutions that elevate our clients’ value and industry impact.
 
You will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and our global development network, translating insights into actionable solutions. Your ability to investigate workflows, communicate professionally, and foster long-term relationships will be key to ensuring adoption and growth within the CLO ecosystem.
 
Responsibilities
  • Client Success & Strategy - Develop and execute adoption strategies and implementation plans for enterprise partners. Build strong trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their success and continuous growth.
  • Education & User Retention -Deliver impactful training sessions and demos tailored to executive teams and end-users. Create engaging educational content and resources to support user adoption.
  • Collaboration & Innovation - Act as a liaison between clients and CLO’s global development teams, providing workflow insights and technical feedback. Participate in beta testing, feature feedback, and workflow investigations to influence product evolution.
  • Event & Engagement -Lead user engagement initiatives, including conferences, workshops, and community-building events.
  • Onsite & Remote Support - Provide hands-on support during client projects, both onsite and virtually, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry with strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software; familiarity with 2D or 3D CAD tools is a plus.
