Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Coggon Iowa and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises.  Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. There is no level of experience or training required as we provide a training and mentoring program to help you be successful.
We are looking for help 2 times a week for a Veteran!
Compensation and Benefits for a In-Home Caregiver:

Requirements of a In-Home Caregiver:
 
  •         Valid Driver’s License
  •         Proof of Car Insurance
  •         Pass Background Check
  •         Ability to be reliable and dependable
  •         Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a In-Home Caregiver:
 
  •         Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
  •         Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
  •         Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
  •         Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
  •         Provide transportation as needed
