To thrive as a Virtual Coach, you need expertise in your coaching specialty, strong communication abilities, and relevant certifications such as ICF or similar credentials. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, scheduling tools, and digital collaboration systems is typically required. Many coaches use calendar tools to manage appointments and allocate blocks of time for responding to emails or creating resources for clients. Balancing live coaching with behind-the-scenes work is key, and most virtual coaches find success by maintaining a structured routine and leveraging digital platforms for communication and task management.
