To excel as a Virtual CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you need a current CNA certification, a solid grounding in patient care principles, and experience with remote healthcare platforms. Familiarity with telehealth software, secure messaging systems, and digital patient record tools is often required. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to provide empathetic support virtually are essential soft skills.
