Position Overview

Mind Solutions Behavioral Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW professionals, to join our virtual network. This full-time position provides the unique opportunity to work remotely, delivering therapeutic support to a diverse clientele during hours that fit your schedule. With a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, plus additional performance bonuses, this role offers both financial and professional rewards.

About the Organization

At Mind Solutions Behavioral Services, we understand the challenges many individuals face when seeking mental health support, particularly in the evolving telehealth landscape. Our organization is committed to linking licensed therapists with clients who benefit from accessible, high-quality mental health interventions. We leverage innovative technology to streamline the therapeutic process, ensuring that therapists can dedicate their energy to patient care without the burdens of traditional practice management.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home or any other location of your choice. Our outpatient services model means that you will be primarily serving adult clients who are committed to improving their mental well-being. Our unique approach utilizes a robust virtual platform that facilitates live video sessions, as well as secure messaging systems for continuous client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, accommodating clients' schedules and preferences.
  • Foster a trusting therapeutic alliance by encouraging clients to share their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe environment.
  • Assist clients in establishing and working toward their personal therapeutic goals while adapting methods based on progress and feedback.
  • Assess client behavior and emotional state, identifying barriers to recovery and developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Provide clients with evidence-based coping mechanisms and resources tailored to their unique situations.
  • Monitor and document client progress in accordance with treatment plans, maintaining clear communication with each client on their journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and related challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and have moderate to low acuity, allowing for effective therapeutic interventions without the complexities that come with high-acuity cases. This demographic provides an enriching opportunity for therapists to apply their skills and make a tangible impact on their clients' lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in the state of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based modalities, particularly for treating mood disorders.
  • Strong proficiency in both in-session techniques and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with allied health professionals, including psychiatrists and medical teams, to ensure comprehensive care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders, utilizing methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
  • A successful track record of achieving positive therapeutic outcomes and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, complemented by performance-related bonuses.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families.
  • Employer-matching retirement savings plan to enhance your long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday pay to facilitate a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to professional development opportunities, including continuing education in specialties relevant to mood disorders.
  • A collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and supports individual growth.
Career Growth Opportunities

We value the professional development of our therapists and provide clear pathways for career advancement within Mind Solutions. Opportunities to take on specialized roles or leadership positions are available for those who wish to expand their influence and make a greater impact within the organization.
