What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Generate pre-need sales using company-provided leads from web inquiries, direct mail, and seminar events
  • Develop self-generated leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Meet with families to plan pre-need cremation and cemetery services with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct in-home, seminar-based, or virtual sales presentations to educate families on available options
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, ongoing communication, and excellent service
  • Manage appointments, documentation, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and development workshops to continuously improve performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to support team goals and overall client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain a limited insurance license to sell(company covers all licensing costs) and pass a background check

  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs
