Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $95,900.00 - $159,800.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
This Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for engineering, configuring, and supporting enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop technologies across a complex IT environment. This role helps ensure endpoint platforms are secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, lifecycle, and compliance standards. This position supports configuration, deployment, automation, and troubleshooting efforts for managed devices and virtual desktop services while partnering across infrastructure, security, identity, and operations teams.
You Will
  • Engineer, configure, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop platforms, including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, Zebra devices, printers, and Windows 365 or Nutanix environments.
  • Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Ivanti Avalanche, Velocity, and Zebra StageNow to support secure and reliable operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation and configuration-as-code solutions using PowerShell and Bash or Python, along with GitHub and GitHub Actions, to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain security baselines, configuration standards, and compliance controls across supported endpoint platforms, including configuration management database alignment and asset lifecycle governance.
  • Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and serve as an escalation point for significant incidents and service degradation.
  • Document standards, procedures, lifecycle processes, and automation routines to support repeatable engineering and operational practices.
  • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, operations, and vendor teams to implement integrated solutions and support roadmap execution.

You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in information technology
  • 3+ years in endpoint engineering, mobile device engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise endpoint operating systems and management platforms across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, with experience in virtual desktop infrastructure, including Windows 365 and Nutanix.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell and working knowledge of Bash or Python
  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, configuration management database governance, asset lifecycle management, security baselines, root cause analysis, and clear technical communication.
