These shops may offer virtual consultations with technicians, digital repair tracking, and online payment options, making the repair process more convenient and accessible. Some virtual auto body shops also partner with physical locations to handle the actual repairs, while all scheduling and communication are handled online. This approach saves time and can help customers compare quotes or understand repair needs without visiting multiple locations in person.
