Qualifications
Administrative Assistant I
Education & Experience:
  • Requires high school diploma
  • One (1) year of progressively responsible secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in a municipal setting

Special Qualifications & Certifications:
  • None

Administrative Assistant II
Education & Experience:
  • Requires high school diploma
  • Four (4) years of progressively responsible secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in a municipal setting

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
Full wage range is as follows, please note hiring will normally occur at the minimum of the range and will not exceed the midpoint.
Administrative Assistant I
  1. Minimum - $20.07/hr.
  2. Midpoint - $24.09/hr.
  3. Maximum - $28.10/hr.

Administrative Assistant II
  1. Minimum - $21.56/hr.
  2. Midpoint - $25.88hr.
  3. Maximum - $30.19/hr.

Benefits:
There are no benefits as part of this part-time position.
Schedule
Monday - Friday - 25-30 hours per week, including 8-5 every other Friday
