Job description

The first product in the industry that we start agents on is  called Mortgage Protection. Itโ€™s a simple form of insurance - what it does if a spouse passes away, it is designed to pay off the home for the surviving family member either fully paying it off or what we call a critical time period concept where the monthly mortgage payments are covered for several months. We just want to prevent the home going back to the lender.

Our clients just bought, refinanced or taken out a heloc loan on their house.  They get a post card for mortgage protection and if they are interested then they fill it out and send it back to our company requesting coverage. We become the caseworkers, and those are the people we call and set appointments with.  We run our appointments by zoom so our clients can see us and we can see them. We have just learned we have a better close ratio this way. During the appointment, It is a few medical questions and finding a product that will fit their budget. Itโ€™s an e-application and an e-signature and about 90% of what we do is instant issue. I love instant issue for 2 very specific reasons, first and most importantly  the client gets coverage starting that day and it allows us to be paid very quickly.

  • Each application approved by our carriers is going to be paid in around 1-3 business days and averages about $500  in advanced commission at your starting commission level of 80% ,of course  some policies will be a little more, some will pay a little less.
  • Goal for Full time is sit with 12- 15 families  per week over zoom or video conference . If you do this you will average between 6-8 applications per week
  • There is no cap or minimum here, and it can be catered to your income goals and needs for your family. We are happy to sit and plan with you on what your workweek would look like if you decide this is what you want to do.
