Airbnb Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Location: Farwell, MI
Pay: $25.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Airbnb Cleaner to service two short-term rental properties located in Farwell, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and understands the importance of delivering a five-star guest experience.

Cleanings will primarily occur between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on guest turnover days, requiring attention to detail and the ability to efficiently prepare properties for incoming guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Change and launder bed linens and towels.
  • Restock guest supplies and amenities as needed.
  • Inspect the property for damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items.
  • Ensure the property is guest-ready and meets high cleanliness standards.
  • Take photos after cleaning when requested.
  • Communicate promptly regarding completed cleanings and any issues identified.
