Harmonius Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This role is inherently flexible, allowing for a remote work setting while promoting a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration through virtual platforms. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other medical professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being and develop personalized and actionable treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to facilitate mental health improvements.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address shared mental health challenges, fostering community and connection among participants.
  • Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. This includes regular case consultations and attending team meetings.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients have access to the help they need when they need it most.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant local community resources that can support their recovery journey.
  • Maintain clear and precise clinical documentation that meets legal and ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in mental health therapy to continuously enhance your practice and patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from young adults to seniors, each experiencing varying mental health challenges. We cater to individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and substance abuse, among other conditions. The counseling practices at Harmonius are designed to empower clients by providing them with effective coping strategies and tools for recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Nevada is mandatory, along with a minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is needed, preferences will be given to candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and a background in group therapy facilitation. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
