As a Virtual Assistant Non Voice, most communication is handled through written channels such as email, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana. This requires strong written communication skills and the ability to stay organized across multiple threads and tasks. Collaboration often involves coordinating schedules, managing documents, and ensuring that instructions are clearly understood and followed, all while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in every interaction.
