Position Summary

The Social Media Marketing Assistant at Refined Aesthetics is an integral part of our marketing department. Social Media Marketing Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing and social media activities to promote our services and

products, engage with our audience, and support the overall growth of our business. This person will support multiple

RA locations and clinicians with marketing efforts to translate sales goals into actionable digital campaigns that drive

leads and patients booking consultations. This position is classified as part-time and is compensated on an hourly basis,

with up to 24 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing Team Support

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across all social media platforms for

both Refined Aesthetics locations.

Coordinate social media consent collection with admin and providers, submit documentation to the virtual

assistant, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and ensure weekly updates to website galleries.

Create and distribute a weekly target list of prospective social media patients based on provider schedules.

Provide ongoing website support by uploading before-and-after photos to the galleries for Refined Aesthetics.

Partner with the marketing team and aesthetic providers to highlight treatments, patient success stories (with

consent), promotions, and educational content across digital platforms.

Oversee the before-and-after photography process, maintain an organized image library, and store content in a

centralized digital repository accessible to the marketing team.

Film and edit all video content, including training videos designed to support staff education and professional

development.

Collaborate with the SEO team to identify trending and relevant topics and participate in monthly strategy

discussions to optimize content performance and audience engagement.

Community Engagement & Brand Growth

Posting new content at least once a week on GMB

Support with marketing materials for specials and events.

Collaboration, Brand Alignment & Promotions

Work closely with providers, the marketing team, and practice leadership to ensure social media content aligns

with the practice's brand, marketing initiatives, and business objectives.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and messaging.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop promotional campaigns for services, plan monthly

promotions, marketing strategies, and events.

Support the businesses on marketing projects and company wide initiatives.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
