Job Title: Healthcare Virtual Assistant Recruiter (US Healthcare Experience)

Job Type: Remote | Part-time / Project-based
Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, or Latin America

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who understands the US healthcare system and has experience recruiting virtual assistants or healthcare-related roles. The selected recruiter will support our growing virtual assistant services by identifying, screening, and helping hire qualified candidates to work with healthcare clinics and medical businesses in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for healthcare virtual assistant positions

Post job listings on relevant job boards and professional platforms

Review and screen resumes of applicants with relevant healthcare recruiting experience

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting

Send screening questionnaires to selected candidates and review responses

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants

Maintain organized records of applicants and recruitment progress

Present top candidates to the hiring team for further evaluation

Requirements

Prior experience recruiting for US healthcare roles or healthcare virtual assistants

Understanding of the US healthcare system and healthcare-related job functions
