Position Overview
Clear is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Summer Interns to support ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on field experience, in-office collaboration, and administrative work.
Interns will gain real-world exposure to construction operations while also supporting planning, coordination, and reporting tasks.
This is a hybrid role that may include, but is not limited to:
Field: Job site visits, project observation, and coordination with field crews
Office: Team meetings, project planning sessions, and administrative support, reporting, documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks
Note: Schedule may vary based on project needs. Field presence is essential for learning and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and field teams with daily operations
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and help track project progress (field-based)
- Organize and maintain project files, reports, and safety documentation
- Assist with data entry, budgeting support, and procurement tracking (remote-friendly)
- Participate in team meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Interest in construction, infrastructure, or project management
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for site visits)
- Familiarity with project management or construction software
- OSHA safety knowledge or training Preferred (Not Required)
