Position Overview

Clear is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Summer Interns to support ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on field experience, in-office collaboration, and administrative work.

Interns will gain real-world exposure to construction operations while also supporting planning, coordination, and reporting tasks.

This is a hybrid role that may include, but is not limited to:

Field: Job site visits, project observation, and coordination with field crews

Office: Team meetings, project planning sessions, and administrative support, reporting, documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks

Note: Schedule may vary based on project needs. Field presence is essential for learning and project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and field teams with daily operations
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
  • Conduct site visits and help track project progress (field-based)
  • Organize and maintain project files, reports, and safety documentation
  • Assist with data entry, budgeting support, and procurement tracking (remote-friendly)
